Brandy Stufft, CNP

Hello, my name is Brandy Stufft and I have been a primary care provider in Alliance, Ohio for over 8 years, specializing in internal medicine. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In 2020, while the country dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic, I became a new mother of twins and an infant, only 10 months old. I remember being very upset that “obesity” was considered a risk factor for severe hospitalization related to COVID.. how can that be? Cue falling down the rabbit hole of functional medicine. I remember thinking '“these people seem to be on to something.”

After starting education with the Institute of Functional Medicine, both my husband and I underwent a complete change in lifestyle leading to a collective weight loss of over 250 lbs and feeling the best we have ever felt in our lives. We both experienced obesity as early as 5 years old and felt this was simply the cards we were dealt and had to deal with.

By leaving traditional practice, I can provide a more integrative experience for my patients: a mixture of evidence-based, up to date traditional care with holistic ideology. So many people feel unheard, disheartened and increasingly frustrated with the American healthcare system. I invite you to an alternative approach with a provider who cares and spends the time needed to unlock your full potential. I focus strongly on both quantity and QUALITY of the lives of my patients.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 3 young children and husband, Justin. I love being outdoors, taking care of my animals, gardening, listening to podcasts and am an avid weightlifter.
